Belgium / Application Delivery Consultant
Function:
In your role as System Engineer you play a hands-on role to support the technical delivery of customer as well as internal projects in cooperation with your colleagues and other IT-specialists, based on technologies such as Microsoft, Citrix and Virtualization techniques.
You are responsible for certain technical disciplines and architecture and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to all parties. You provide second line support on the solutions implemented. You will also assure the quality of the deliverables.
Profile:
You have a bachelor degree in computer sciences and more than 5 year of experience in System Engineering and/or consultancy.
Flexibility, stress resistance, customer focus and being a team player are key.
You possess strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
You adapt quickly to a new environment and like to interact with customers and suppliers.
You are proficient in Dutch and English.
You are willing to travel to customers in Belgium for assignments.
You have knowledge of and experience with :
• Microsoft NT4/Windows 2000, Windows 2003 en Windows XP , thin client solutions
• Microsoft applications such as, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, ISA Server, Internet Information Server, .NET server, XML Webservices, TCP/IP
• VMware Workstation and ESX server is an asset
• Sharepoint
• Citrix
MSCE and CCEA certificates are a plus.
