Our Porthus Appraisal System (PAS) is a tool for the yearly objective setting, evaluation and development discussion with our employees. By defining and evaluating your required competencies and objectives, based on the Porthus and departmental business objectives, we enhance the dialogue with your manager, promote continuous improvement and support possible career decisions. It also provides HR and management with an overview of your talents, competencies and achievements.
