What to expect / Selection process
Selection process
After we have received your motivation and resume we will carefully evaluate whether your profile meets the function requirements. You will receive feedback from u within three weeks following your application.
If we select your application, the following steps of the selection process will take place (not necessarily in this order):
Interview by HR
During a face-to-face interview, HR will focus on your motivation, values, career perspectives, competencies, personality impressions and salary expectations.
Interview(s) by Manager(s) and/or Expert(s)
These interviews will go into detail on the responsibilities of the job and see how your motivation or experience could meet our requirements in that area. During this interview the manager or expert will focus on your technical skills, motivation, your personality will fit the team's and career perspectives.
Reference Checks
We will perform at least two reference checks with former employers or colleagues.
Additional Competency Checks
The selection process for some functions may include further technical evaluations or an assesment center.
Contract Offering
If both you and Porthus are convinced of a strong fit on all levels, we will proceed with the contract offering.
