Belgium / Enterprise Information Architect
Function:
The Enterprise Information Architect will
• design standardized data structures, meta data, master data, interfaces and common information services
• design and document the data flows used by business processes
• analyze these data structures and current business environment and recommend solutions for new requirements or the improved uses of information and information technology
• provide guidelines for the applications and databases aligned with technology and infrastructure as part of the enterprise architecture
• determine overall modeling standards, guidelines, best practices and approved modeling techniques related to the enterprise information
• design logical database models
• communicate architecture to business and management and assists in developing policies, guidelines, standards and procedures
apply research on information architecture and information management methods
Profile:
• You have a Master degree in computer science or information technology.
• You have proven experience performing conceptual and logical data modeling with data modeling tools in complex, large-scale data environments.
• You have also more than 3 year of experience in architecting enterprise-level databases for N-tier applications.
• Knowledge of an enterprise architecture framework is an asset.
• Flexibility, stress resistance, customer focus and being a team player are key.
• You have good communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• You easily adapt in new, dynamic and challenging environments
• You are able to lead a small project team.
